This charming 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 10th floor, a few meters from the wonderful and exclusive Salguero Beach, in a new building with amenities, such as a swimming pool for adults and children. The place is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay for groups of family or friends who wish to enjoy a comfortable, pleasant and relaxing stay in the city. In addition, the apartment offers the exclusive use of 1 private parking space.
Only SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available. -Check in is from 3:00pm, if you want to enter earlier, it has an extra cost. The same with the check out which is at 11:00am. It will be subject to availability. Please check with your host. Important information about wet areas: Mondays are out of service for maintenance. Parking is subject to availability. Outside the building in the bay there are more parking spaces available.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room, 2 balconies where guests can appreciate the beautiful view of the sea and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It also has an open American style kitchen: 4 gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, private bathroom, walking closet and balcony with ocean view. In the auxiliary room there is a double bed, closet, smart TV and a large window overlooking the sea. In the hallway there is a social bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, smart TV. The apartment is fully furnished and has different amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, hot water, special dishes for children, WIFI and on the TV our guests can enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime and local channels.

The building has amenities such as swimming pool for adults and children, games room, gym, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna and minimarket.

An additional payment of 15.000 COP per person will be required by the building administration for the entrance door handles. This payment must be made before the day of check in, please ask our customer service team about this.
