Vibrant place @Salguero close to the beach

This vibrant apartment is located in a new building with swimming pool and very close to the incredible Salguero beach. It has a beautiful side ocean view. The place is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay and is beautifully decorated. It is ideal for small families or couples who wish to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in the city.
Only SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available. Please read all house rules before booking. -Check in is from 3:00pm, if you want to enter earlier, it has an extra cost. The same with the check out which is at 11:00am. It will be subject to availability. Please check with your host. Important information about wet areas: Mondays are out of service for maintenance. Parking is subject to availability. Outside the building in the bay there are more parking spaces available.

The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open kitchen and a beautiful mountain view. The master bedroom has a double bed and in the social area there is another double bed. The apartment has TV, WIFI and is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for even long stays.

The building has amenities such as swimming pool for adults and children, games room, gym, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna and minimarket.

An additional payment of 15.000 COP per person will be required by the building administration for the entrance door handles. This payment must be made before the day of check in.

In the building, laundry service is offered at a cost of 12,000 COP per load, both for washing machine and dryer. Payment is made directly at the front desk.

The estimated time for the service is 2 to 3 hours, depending on the type of garments (light or heavy).
