This is a spacious and well equipped apartment in front of the beaches of La Boquilla. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an additional half bathroom. The apartment has a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym, direct exit to the beach, barbecue area and 24 hour security.

One day before your reservation you must pay a resort fee of $65,000 COP per person, this can be paid by bank transfer directly to the building's administration.

Early check in and late check out have an additional charge subject to availability, in case of requiring these services please consult the possibility and the value of the rate with your host. Normal check in time is at 3:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. It has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 single trundle beds. One TV in the master bedroom and one in the living room. There are 4 bathrooms. One in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Mar Abierto stands out for being a residential building, with bioclimatic design and use of natural materials such as coral stone. It has a spectacular social area with BBQ, infinity pool on the top floor, jacuzzi, gym and much more.
