This modern 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for those looking for accommodation in the heart of Chapinero, on Calle 74 with highway, close to the main tourist areas of Bogota, such as Zona T, Parque de la 93, universities and Candelaria. High-speed Wi-Fi connection, washer-dryer, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare whatever you want, including a stove, oven, refrigerator and kitchen utensils.

It is important to mention that being located on a main avenue and right in front of the transmilenio, there may be some noise in the property. SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available in the property. The building has NO elevator and it is necessary to climb stairs.

Early check in and late check out have an additional charge subject to availability, in case of requiring these services please consult the possibility and the value of the rate with your host. Normal check in time is at 3:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am.



It consists with a queen size bed and double size bed, extra blanket in case it gets too cold, sofa, dining room, equipped kitchen (with utensils especially for you to cook, coffee maker with coffee included), washer and dryer when you need to use it. The room has TV, Roku with youtube and Netflix, Wifi, space heater, power outlets, blackout to prevent light from entering while you sleep (in installation).

We would like to inform you that on Caracas Avenue, there are several traffic blockades due to the construction of the Bogota subway line. This is why for an indefinite period of time the street in front of the property will be blocked and guests will have to walk to access the entrance door. Cars and cabs will also not be able to take you to the property but will be dropped off nearby.
