The apartment is a stunning accommodation in Candelaria, a historic area of Bogota. It has two well-equipped and comfortable bedrooms, which provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. The living room and social area are perfectly integrated with the kitchen, creating an ideal space to share special moments. The apartment is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including a fireplace, to ensure that guests feel at home.

SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available on the property. The building has NO elevator and it is necessary to climb stairs.

-Access to laundry area is from 7am to 7pm.

Early check in and late check out have an additional charge subject to availability, in case of requiring these services please consult the possibility and the value of the rate with your host. Normal check in time is at 3:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am.



It has 2 bedrooms. In the main room there is a double bed and in the second room there is a sofa bed. It has a kitchen with the necessary utensils for cooking. In the living room there is a fireplace available to guests and a sofa bed that can be used.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

In accordance with the regulations established by the Mayor's Office of Bogota, water service suspensions will be carried out in the sector on some specific dates in December and January:
