CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Early check-in and late check-out have an additional charge subject to availability. In case you require these services, please consult the possibility and value of the fee with your host. Normal check-in hours are 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am.

Important for your stay: Guests must make the resort fee payment before the day of their reservation. The value is $23.000 COP per person. To use the beach area, you must reserve the space through an app. Activation takes place 24 hours after you sign up.

It is necessary to send guest information MAXIMUM 48 HOURS prior to entry for authorization in the building. Without this information, it is impossible to admit guests by order of the administration.

For the use of tents and beach chairs, there is an additional charge of $20.000 COP for rental.
