In the living room there is an additional sofa bed to accommodate another person. With air conditioning in the bedrooms, equipped kitchen (with utensils especially for cooking, coffee maker and a space for washing machine. The apartment also has a Smart TV, Wifi, power outlets, blackout to avoid light while sleeping, closet space if needed.

At the lobby, the administration will charge $54,600 COP per person (resort fee).
