Fantastic Apt in Playa Salguero + Swimming Pool

Lighted apartment located in the Salguero Suites building in the city of Santa Marta, El Rodadero Sur area, on the 11th floor. It consists of a private room. It also has an auxiliary room. It is perfect to enjoy the city of Santa Marta with your family.

Only SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available. Please read all house rules before booking. Be careful with the sliding door that separates the bedroom from the living room. -Check in is from 3:00pm, if you want to enter earlier, it has an extra cost. The same with the check out which is at 11:00am. It will be subject to availability. Please check with your host. IF YOU BRING YOUR PET WITH YOU, YOU MUST PRESENT THE VACCINATION CARD AT THE RECEPTION DESK.

Important information about wet areas: Mondays are out of service for maintenance. Parking is subject to availability. Outside the building in the bay there are more parking spaces available.

In the main room there is a double bed. In the living room there is an auxiliary room with a double bed. In the kitchen area there is a stove with 4 burners, oven, worktop and dishwasher, along with the furniture of a full kitchen, as well as a refrigerator area.

The building has amenities such as swimming pool for adults and children, games room, gym, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna and minimarket.

An additional payment of 15.000 COP per person will be required by the building administration for the entrance door handles. This payment must be made before the day of check in, please ask our customer service team about this.

In the building, laundry service is offered at a cost of 12,000 COP per load, both for washing machine and dryer. Payment is made directly at the front desk.

The estimated time for the service is 2 to 3 hours, depending on the type of garments (light or heavy).
