ACCESS TO THE BUILDING: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the building, any additional personnel must be registered on the reservation for proper authorization.

AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT: For your convenience, you will find salt, sugar and coffee at your disposal. We want to make sure you enjoy a cozy and well-stocked stay.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Early check-in and late check-out have an additional charge subject to availability. In case you require these services, please consult the possibility and value of the fee with your host. Normal check-in hours are 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am.


Enjoy a 2 bedroom apartment, fully furnished. The master bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm each) and a full bathroom. There is also a social bathroom.

Relax in the living room with sofa bed and enjoy the side ocean and mountain views from the balcony with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a dining bar with chairs. There is also a laundry area with washing machine.
The apartment has hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, balcony with views and outdoor furniture. It is pet friendly and the best part is that it is in a building with direct exit to the beach.


Reserva del mar building Amenities: The building has commercial premises, supermarkets and restaurants on the second floor, and a shopping mall in front with food and grocery stores. It offers 24-hour security and a reception that validates guests.
The three towers of the building have a total of 6 elevators and private and visitor parking (subject to availability). Enjoy a children's pool with water games for the kids and an adult pool on the top floor overlooking the sea. The bar in the Jacuzzi area and the SPA on the 18th floor (reservation and additional fee) are perfect for relaxing.
In addition, there is a social terrace and panoramic solarium, a coworking space, three Jacuzzis on the terrace (by reservation) and direct access to the beach. The private restaurant offers pool service and breakfast and lunch service.


At the lobby, the management will charge $57,500 COP per person (resort fee). This amount must be paid by the guest. Note: Some amenities require prior reservation and/or have an additional cost, subject to building management.

TRANSPORTATION: Getting around Santa marta can be chaotic, because of this, we recommend our guests to use apps and safe transportation. If you prefer a premium service, at Ahead we offer a professional transportation service that you can schedule.

- At the time of booking, guests ID or passport will be requested.
