Charming Place @Salguero + Swimming Pool

The apartment is a cozy space of 30mt2 that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is located in a new building that offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is equipped with internet access, a TV and speakers. In addition, it has a spectacular view of both the sea and the mountains, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking scenery from the comfort of your temporary home.

Only SALT, SUGAR AND COFFEE are available. Please read all house rules before booking. -Check in is from 3:00pm, if you want to enter earlier, it has an extra cost. The same with the check out which is at 11:00am. It will be subject to availability. Please check with your host.

Important information about wet areas: Mondays are out of service for maintenance. Parking is subject to availability. Outside the building in the bay there are more parking spaces available.

The distribution of the space includes two double beds, which provides enough space for four people to rest comfortably. The apartment also has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The building has amenities such as swimming pool for adults and children, games room, gym, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna and minimarket.

An additional payment of 15.000 COP per person will be required by the building administration for the entrance door handles. This payment must be made before the day of check in, please ask our customer service team about this.

In the building, laundry service is offered at a cost of 12,000 COP per load, both for washing machine and dryer. Payment is made directly at the front desk.

The estimated time for the service is 2 to 3 hours, depending on the type of garments (light or heavy).
